Junior Sales Manager – Ship Repair / Shipbuilding

About the role

A company is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to help expand its business by working with shipyards and ship repair companies abroad. The role suits people who enjoy negotiations, finding new clients and growing in international B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

• Sell ship repair and shipbuilding services
• Identify and acquire new international clients (shipyards and ship repair/building companies)
• Maintain relationships with existing, former and potential clients
• Analyse the market and give management recommendations for business improvement
• Help develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, meetings and negotiations

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in the ship repair or shipbuilding industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with international clients and markets
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Russian is an advantage
• Proactive, communicative, results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
