Creative Operator

About the role

Prime Prometics is looking for a Creative Operator to join its fast‑growing pro‑age cosmetics brand. Working inside a creative pod, you will turn strategic briefs from senior creative strategists into high‑volume, performance‑driven ad assets for paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, structured video‑ad briefs that translate strategy into actionable direction for editors.
• Ideate and produce image ads and GIFs using AI tools such as Magnific, ElevenLabs and other generation models.
• Write and distribute ad scripts through internal AI tooling in collaboration with the content team.
• Convert competitor insights into fresh creative concepts while maintaining original judgement.
• Handle hands‑on production tasks – image ads, short video edits, and adaptations for additional networks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance creative, creative production, or a similar hands‑on role (DTC or agency).
• Fluent use of AI creative tools for image generation, voice synthesis and up‑scaling.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response creative for paid social (hooks, angles, formats).
• Excellent written English for briefs, scripts and async communication.
• Organised, fast‑paced work style with attention to detail.

Required skills

• AI creative platforms (e.g., Magnific, ElevenLabs, image/video generation models).
• Basic video‑editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, AI‑assisted editors).
• Project‑management tool Asana.
