Creative Strategist

About the role

Orbio World is looking for a Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction of paid‑media campaigns across multiple brands. You will work closely with the Creative Lead, Media Buyers and a small cross‑functional team to drive revenue, profit and CPA improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own traffic‑source growth and define long‑term and tactical creative plans.
• Maintain creative health by keeping channels, structures, angles and testing frameworks on target.
• Develop cross‑platform creative concepts that win across placements.
• Identify risks early, act quickly to recover from campaign drops.
• Monitor market, competition and trends to turn gaps into opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test and scale.
• Mentor performance creatives, editors and designers.

Required profile

• Proven direct‑response expertise with strong conversion‑psychology knowledge.
• Ability to craft clear storylines using proven structures.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfort with AI tools and automated workflow creation.
• Innovative mindset to introduce new formats and anticipate trends.
