CRO Team Lead

About the role

Impact Brands is a fast‑growing health and wellness company operating fully remotely. We are looking for a CRO Team Lead to own and drive our experimentation roadmap, turning data into revenue‑generating insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation team, aligning initiatives with business goals, KPIs and revenue opportunities.
• Own the experimentation roadmap: hypothesis generation, prioritisation, execution, analysis and implementation.
• Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells and post‑purchase experiences.
• Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behaviour and funnel performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimisation initiatives.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through reporting, insights and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop.
• Leadership skills or willingness to develop them (bonus).

Required skills

• Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO and experimentation.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Advanced experience with goal, KPI and metric tracking (bonus).
