Experimentation Team Lead

About the role

IMPACT BRANDS is a leading health and wellness company seeking an Experimentation Team Lead to drive growth through data‑driven optimization. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while contributing to the company’s mission of improving millions of lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation team, aligning efforts with business goals, KPIs and revenue opportunities.
• Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, from hypothesis generation to execution, analysis and implementation.
• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells and post‑purchase experiences.
• Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior and funnel performance to fuel growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver optimization initiatives.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through reporting, insights and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO and experimentation.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Leadership potential (bonus) and advanced KPI tracking experience (bonus).
