Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to lead experimentation and conversion strategy across our portfolio of health‑and‑wellness brands. This senior role blends strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness to turn customer behavior, data and testing into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define CRO strategy, priorities, KPIs and an experimentation roadmap for multiple brands.
• Own the end‑to‑end experimentation process: research, hypothesis generation, test design, execution, analysis and implementation.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities across landing pages, product pages, checkout, upsells, cross‑sells and post‑purchase experiences.
• Improve conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value and overall funnel efficiency.
• Develop reporting and measurement frameworks to communicate experiment results and commercial impact.
• Partner with marketing, product, design, development, analytics and brand teams to execute optimization initiatives.
• Build and scale the CRO team, processes and capabilities as the company grows.
• Present CRO performance, insights and strategic recommendations to the CMO.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience leading CRO, experimentation or growth programs that delivered measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Experience mentoring or developing CRO professionals.

Required skills

• A/B testing methodology and experiment design.
• Statistical significance analysis and test interpretation.
• Data analytics for e‑commerce funnels.
