Customer Service Representative (French-speaking)

About the role

Dexcom is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Vilnius office. You will become an expert in Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring technology and help patients, clients and business partners with product orders and post‑purchase support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Provide guidance on product offerings, order status and usage to patients, clinicians and business partners.
• Resolve issues and concerns related to orders, product usage and technical questions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on empathy and problem solving.
• Ability to learn technical information about CGM devices quickly.
