Digital Project Manager

About the role

The largest digital agency in the Baltics, which is expanding into international markets, is looking for a Digital Project Manager in Vilnius. You will manage digital campaigns and projects and act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, making sure campaigns run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee digital campaigns together with Media Buyers and the performance team
• Communicate directly with clients, representing the agency and giving updates, reports and recommendations
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and proactively address issues or optimisations
• Make sure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping quality high
• Support hands-on execution where needed, such as reviewing data, creating reports and working with internal teams
• Manage several projects at once and prioritise tasks effectively
• Keep up to date with industry trends, tools and best practices

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing work
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data and numbers
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Hands-on attitude, willing to dive into campaign data and help the team
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Experience with digital campaigns, project management or related fields is a plus
