About the role

The Network Management Dispatcher will be responsible for the operational control of the 0.4–10 kV electricity distribution network, ensuring rapid response to faults and the execution of planned works. The role operates within a shift system, including night and holiday work, and requires close coordination with internal and contractor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real‑time fault handling and scheduled maintenance for the 0.4–10 kV network.
• Lead fault removal activities on distribution equipment.
• Work rotating shifts, with increased compensation for night and holiday periods.
• Direct company and contractor brigades during incidents.
• Record dispatcher information and register network changes.
• Control generation sources and oversee generation within the managed network.

Required profile

• Higher education (university or equivalent) in electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment, their structure and operating principles.
• Ability to make decisions in complex, high‑pressure situations.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
• Skills in planning, organizing and controlling work processes.
• Capability to coordinate team actions effectively.
• Responsible, diligent, honest and open to change and learning.
