Employer Branding Manager

About the role

As the Employer Branding Manager at Eneba, you will shape how the company is perceived by current and future talent across Europe. Working within the Talent Acquisition team and closely with Marketing and leadership, you will own the employer value proposition and drive authentic storytelling that attracts top candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve Eneba’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to reflect the real employee experience.
• Design and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that boosts external reputation and internal engagement.
• Create compelling content such as employee stories, LinkedIn campaigns, behind‑the‑scenes videos, and careers‑page copy.
• Partner with Marketing on creative assets, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure brand consistency throughout the candidate journey.
• Work with People and business leaders to launch employee advocacy initiatives that increase pride and connection.
• Manage Eneba’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms – posting, responding and growing the audience.
• Run targeted campaigns for hiring pushes, events and milestones, and track metrics like follower growth, engagement, application quality and referral rates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, people marketing or recruitment marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement employer brand strategies that deliver measurable results.
