About the role

The Energy Engineer will be responsible for the energy management of two manufacturing plants, ensuring reliable operation of electrical, heating, gas and ventilation systems while driving energy‑efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise electrical, heating, gas and ventilation installations across the production sites.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve energy‑system faults.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Manage contracts with energy suppliers.
• Represent the companies before regulatory bodies such as VERT and ESO.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire‑protection standards.
• Identify and implement solutions for more efficient energy consumption.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (minimum bachelor level).
• At least 2 years of experience in energy management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical, heating, gas and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid AK electrical safety certification up to 35 kV.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make quick technical decisions and travel for occasional business trips.

• Electrical safety certification (up to 35 kV).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Grafana (monitoring) – preferred.
• AutoCAD – preferred.
