Engineering Manager, Cyber Risk and Access Management

About the role

Vinted is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Cyber Risk and Access Management team. You will guide a group of seven security professionals focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM), and broader cyber risk initiatives, helping the company scale its security posture as it expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing security team (≈7 members) across IAM, TPRM, and cyber risk domains.
• Own the security services portfolio, driving maturity and capability progression for Identity Access Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, and Cyber Risk Management.
• Translate security requirements into practical, robust solutions and ensure they are integrated into Vinted’s engineering processes.
• Influence security practices across a 900‑person engineering organization, shaping ways of working and fostering a security‑first culture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in security, with a proven track record of building and managing high‑performing teams or large security functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional security initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Broad technical credibility across security domains, especially IAM, third‑party risk, and cyber risk management.
