Finance Accounting Officer

About the role

Join Alter Domus, a leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, as a Finance Accounting Officer. You will work within a dedicated team to manage the day‑to‑day financial administration of client holding, financing, intellectual property and real‑estate companies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily operations of assigned companies and respond to client requests under senior supervision.
• Maintain company books, prepare periodic management reports and statutory financial statements.
• Assist the Senior Officer in responding to auditors' queries.
• Prepare periodic tax and VAT returns and liaise with tax authorities and advisers.
• Draft documentation for Board and Shareholder meetings.
• Proactively take on additional administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong academic background, preferably a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Economics.
• Relevant experience in accounting or audit.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word proficiency.
