Graduate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious recent graduate to join our fast‑growing FinTech recruitment team in Vilnius. Working hybrid (2–3 days onsite), you will support the full recruitment lifecycle for UK and European clients while gaining exposure to the dynamic FinTech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for technology and FinTech roles.
• Assist senior consultants with market research, talent mapping and client brief preparation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using CRM and digital recruitment tools.
• Write compelling job adverts and support outreach campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team onsite several days a week, benefiting from hybrid flexibility.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Competitive sporting background at university level.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and driven.
• Previous commercial or sales experience (internship, placement or part‑time) is a plus.
