Graphic Designer (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑focused Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role you will produce engaging static and video advertising content designed to attract attention and deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual content for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Produce short‑form video ads designed to engage viewers and drive conversions.
• Create compelling static and video creatives that support campaign performance.
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across online and offline materials.
• Test different creative formats, ideas, messaging angles, and visual approaches to identify what works best.

Required profile

• Practical experience working with Adobe Premiere for video ads.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Figma for static ads.
• Confidence handling various visual content types from concept to completion.
• Curious, resourceful, and creative approach to work.
• Result‑driven mindset with understanding of creative performance.
• Willingness to experiment, learn from failures, and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Lithuanian.
