Head of B2B Online

About the role

We are seeking a Head of B2B Online to lead Telia’s B2B digital transformation. Reporting to the Head of B2B Delivery & Operations Management, you will shape the strategy, lifecycle and evolution of key applications and platforms that enable our business customers to innovate and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap and governance for B2B Online applications and platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities.
• Manage platform lifecycles, vendor relationships and service levels to achieve operational excellence.
• Consult with business and IT stakeholders on technology opportunities, investment decisions and strategic priorities.
• Lead the continuous evolution of the organization, team composition and sourcing strategy to meet future business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure platforms deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Strategic, people‑focused leader with proven experience in business and technology leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of modern IT services and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across complex environments.
• Leadership experience in building high‑performing teams and navigating change.
• Knowledge of telecom and digital technologies with interest in AI and automation.
