Head of HR – Senior HR Leader

About the role

This senior HR position is designed for a strategic leader who blends strong business acumen with hands‑on people management. The role focuses on building a high‑performing organization through data‑driven decision‑making, talent excellence, and close partnership with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the executive team on workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Drive HR performance metrics (KPIs) using data and analytics to support business decisions.
• Lead and inspire a diverse HR team covering business partnering, operations, talent acquisition, and other people functions.
• Assess workforce needs and ensure staffing with qualified, values‑aligned employees.
• Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
• Foster a high‑performance culture that reflects company values and promotes continuous learning.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and ensure effective communication during transitions.
• Monitor labour market trends and implement the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., Head of HR, HR Director).
• Experience in an international, complex or rapidly growing business environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to act as a strategic business partner.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local and international labour laws.
