Head of Marketplaces

About the role

Kiloverse is seeking an experienced Head of Marketplaces to own and scale its Amazon business while expanding sales across other strategic marketplaces. You will be responsible for the full P&L, strategy, and operational excellence, working closely with product, marketing, supply chain and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Amazon strategy, P&L and commercial performance across all international marketplaces.
• Lead, mentor and grow the Amazon team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Supervise additional marketplaces such as Cencora, Coupang, Macy’s and Ulta, ensuring alignment with the overall e‑commerce strategy.
• Partner with Product Owners to align roadmaps with marketplace opportunities and recommend high‑potential products.
• Identify and develop third‑party product and brand partnerships to drive incremental growth.
• Optimize listings, pricing, promotions and customer experience in collaboration with product, CRO and creative teams.
• Define Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy to maximise sales and profitability.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, implement best practices and build strong relationships with Amazon and external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience growing large Amazon Seller accounts with proven commercial results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage forecasts, KPIs and P&L.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English.
