Senior Consulting Advisor – Investment Sales

About the role

Invest Lithuania is seeking a Senior Consulting Advisor to attract international fintech companies and drive foreign direct investment in Lithuania. This one‑year fixed‑term position will involve developing business strategies, networking with global founders and executives, and representing Lithuania at international events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support to attract international financial technology companies to set up operations in Lithuania.
• Develop and implement business development, sales and marketing strategies that showcase Lithuania’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to strengthen Lithuania’s attractiveness for international businesses.
• Build and leverage a network of founders, C‑level executives, business associations and service providers.
• Participate in events and conferences, arrange meetings, pitch, and proactively scout direct foreign investment opportunities.
• Monitor fintech, VC and FDI trends regionally and globally.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in sales, management consulting or B2B business development; international experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Lithuania’s business environment and interest in attracting fintech investment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and IT literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1) and Lithuanian (C1).
• Creative, results‑driven and eager to make an impact.
