Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead our Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse functions across Europe. The role combines strategic ownership of operational performance with hands‑on improvement of processes, cost efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product procurement of approx. €2 M per month and develop long‑term supplier relationships.
• Establish and lead a dedicated Supply Chain Optimization function to improve supplier performance and unit economics.
• Oversee European logistics, coordinating 800‑1 000 truckloads per month, standardising processes and delivering data‑driven performance insights.
• Direct operations of 13 warehouses, enhancing inventory accuracy, stock management and cost optimisation.
• Define the long‑term operational strategy, budgeting, KPI/KRI development and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop a team of around 10 specialists, with plans for further growth.
• Continuously improve processes, systems and overall operational performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as Head of Operations, Head of Logistics or similar.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on approach.
• Track record of leading organisational change and data‑driven process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and make decisions under uncertainty.
• Experience in European physical‑product distribution, procurement, warehousing and international logistics.
