Head of Products

About the role

Mano bankas is looking for a Head of Products to lead its product function and shape the future of its products. This is a senior leadership role combining banking product expertise with a solid understanding of the systems and processes behind modern banking. You will lead the team of Product Managers and drive the bank's product strategy and portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define and drive the bank's product roadmap and priorities.
• Own the product portfolio, including financing, payments, accounts and other banking services.
• Work with Technology, Sales, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams to deliver financing and payment solutions.
• Translate business needs into product and system requirements and define product priorities, making trade-off decisions.
• Drive new products and improvements to existing services, keeping them commercially attractive, efficient and compliant.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on core banking systems and the product ecosystem.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development or a similar role in banking or financial services.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of banking products, especially financing, lending and payment services.
• Good understanding of core banking systems, integrations and operational banking processes.
