Head of Sales

About the role

Inventi is scaling its payments infrastructure platform across Europe and needs a senior sales leader to define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy. Reporting to the Co‑Founder, you will own the sales function, build a high‑performing team and drive new‑business and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Inventi’s sales strategy, including target segments, priorities, team targets and quarterly OKRs.
• Lead, coach and develop the Go‑to‑Market team, setting clear goals, performance expectations and an incentive plan that rewards results.
• Own the new‑business and account‑growth pipelines, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support the team in complex sales cycles, from qualification and deal strategy to closing and expansion.
• Improve sales processes, CRM discipline and handoffs across Sales, Account Management and Marketing.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance and leadership, bringing customer and market insights into decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience and at least 3+ years leading a sales team with revenue accountability.
• Proven experience selling to regulated financial institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build or reshape a sales strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ownership mindset – spotting problems early and adjusting plans when results drift.
• Hands‑on approach to deals while developing people and driving team results.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
• Working understanding of marketing (positioning, demand and inbound generation) is advantageous.
