HR Business Partner – Vilnius

About the role

A global consulting firm serving the public sector and commercial markets is hiring an HR Business Partner for its new Vilnius office. You will build and drive high-quality HR programmes and processes, support management and employees on talent, engagement, performance and compliance, and act as a strategic partner to the local site lead in developing business in Lithuania. You will also be part of the Global HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local management on all HR matters, from operational to strategic
• Coordinate local HR administration with the central HR Operations team, design HR tools and processes, and analyse trends and metrics
• Drive attraction, development and retention of managed services talent, including onboarding and training
• Coach managers and employees and support employee engagement
• Support the annual performance management cycle and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances
• Support local workforce relationship management, including employment disputes and misconduct

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree and willingness to take a second or third career step in HR
• Solid HR generalist experience with adequate business partnering experience
• Thorough knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Affinity with managed services, business acumen and ability to influence business leaders
• Strong command of Lithuanian and English
