People Connect Associate

About the role

The People Connect Associate is the primary point of contact for Moody's employees across the EMEA region, providing a seamless customer experience. The role sits in the People Services and Solutions EMEA Hub, which delivers the employee experience from onboarding documents through to day-to-day inquiries, and works within a case management framework using ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, attentive customer service to current and future employees on basic inquiries, using the knowledge base
• Handle inbound inquiries through multiple channels, verify needs and help resolve them, escalating cases when needed
• Verify details and approvals with transaction requesters where applicable
• Support prioritized employee cases within the time zone and act as an inclusive, employee-centric support champion
• Follow case management procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Uphold Hub policies, procedures and work instructions, including operational standards and employee satisfaction
• Support operational work across the People team and build working relationships with global and regional operations teams

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent English communication skills and an employee-centric, inclusive approach
• Ability to solve routine and non-standard problems, work in a fast-paced team environment and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required skills

• Preferred: experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday and ServiceNow
• Preferred: basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices

What we offer

• Annual base salary gross of EUR 19,800 to EUR 31,800, depending on qualifications and skills
