HR & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR & Operations Specialist to support our people, recruitment and day‑to‑day business operations as we scale internationally. The role covers the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing HR support—and the administrative tasks that keep a fast‑growing company running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment coordination across multiple markets, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires in various jurisdictions through international employment partners.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, employment records and certificates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on leave, benefits, contracts and general HR matters.
• Collaborate with leadership and external legal counsel on HR policies, employment documentation and people‑related processes.
• Support bonus and incentive processes, handling calculations, approvals and coordination with Finance and payroll providers.
• Organise the annual performance review cycle, working with team leads on timelines, documentation and implementation of outcomes.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office administration to ensure smooth office operations.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable handling a wide range of HR and operational tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple jurisdictions.
