Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

Cast AI is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to own end‑to‑end HR operations across its six legal entities in Lithuania, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, India and Singapore. The role will ensure compliance with local labour laws while delivering a seamless employee experience as the company scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, transfers, promotions, off‑boarding and contract amendments – for all six entities.
• Partner with local payroll providers, legal counsel and EOR partners to keep employee data accurate, timely and compliant.
• Monitor statutory requirements (leave, termination, working hours, benefits) in each jurisdiction and flag compliance risks.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support for a distributed workforce, including cross‑border moves and new‑market entry projects.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, changes and renewals, negotiating terms with local providers.
• Maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, audit‑readiness and organized employee records.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in HR or People Operations within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation in at least two of the covered jurisdictions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to work with external partners.
