People Generalist

About the role

PVcase is looking for a People Generalist to oversee a wide range of People Operations services across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits, and equity administration while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end employee processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, exit strategies, benefits, and equity programs.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for employee and manager inquiries, creating and maintaining offer letters, policies, and other People Operations documents.
• Execute accurate, compliant payroll processing for assigned groups and act as primary contact for complex payroll questions.
• Partner with People Business Partners to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Generate and analyze People Operations reports and metrics to inform strategy and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, ensuring proactive compliance.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing payroll processing, including taxes, regulations, and reporting.
• Experience working with cross‑border teams, especially in Lithuanian, German, and Dutch jurisdictions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.
