About the role

Join HELLA Lithuania as an HR intern and support the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will gain hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employee integration within a global automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Search for candidates on professional networks, databases and talent‑attraction platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth communication.
• Prepare documentation and assist with the first‑day onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment data, update HR systems and keep documentation orderly.
• Support employer branding initiatives and other HR team projects.

Required profile

• Currently studying or graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
