Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to local management. You will support both operational and strategic HR initiatives, helping the business attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local managers on all HR matters, from day‑to‑day issues to long‑term strategy.
• Coordinate HR administration with the centralized HR Operations team and improve HR tools, processes, and infrastructure.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, and development in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams.
• Promote employee engagement, coach managers, and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead performance‑management cycles and resolve complex employee‑relations cases.
• Manage workforce relationship issues, including claims, disputes, and misconduct investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Solid HR generalist experience with proven business‑partnering skills.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Ability to build genuine connections with international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing abilities.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
