Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

MachineryAssist is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its engineering‑driven team in Kaunas. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, supporting workforce planning, organizational growth and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition and team development.
• Drive performance management processes, set goals, and analyse HR metrics.
• Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labour legislation.
• Lead change‑management projects and promote a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Continuously improve HR practices using data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing HR policies, workforce planning and organisational development.
• Strong conflict‑resolution skills and ability to build trust at all levels.
• Solid knowledge of local labour and employment laws.
• Experience with goal setting, feedback cycles and HR metrics.
• Passion for fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus.
