Infrastructure Architect – Network Connectivity Services

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, automated network connectivity services across our private and public cloud environments. You will work with a global user base, ensuring fast, reliable, and compliant infrastructure for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud and data‑centre infrastructure, defining policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform complex hands‑on technical tasks while staying current with emerging technologies.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, mentor team members and represent the platform to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across the organisation to guide technical discussions and support decision‑making.
• Drive product and service selection for connectivity services and evaluate related solutions.
• Explore, prototype and recommend emerging technologies, including AI and generative AI use cases.
• Promote an automation‑first mindset, contributing to scripting, infrastructure‑as‑code and service automation.
• Ensure standards‑based programmability and interoperability across connectivity platforms.

Required profile

• 4+ years designing and implementing on‑premises and public‑cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of network security, load balancing, application delivery, routing and switching in cloud and modern data‑centre environments.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible and other IaC/automation tools.
• Programming skills for automation and data transformation.
• Good grasp of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud security frameworks (NIST, PCI).
• Proactive, ownership‑driven team player with advanced English proficiency.
