Installation Services Representative – German Speaker

About the role

Pineca Group is seeking an Installation Services Representative to coordinate wooden house installation projects across its European markets. The role is hands‑on, focusing on planning, team coordination, client communication, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise wooden house installation services, adapting plans to client needs and technical requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with installation teams to support smooth execution.
• Coordinate installation activities across different Pineca Group markets when required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for installation‑related questions and updates.
• Communicate with end clients about plans, progress, changes, and issues.
• Ensure all parties have clear, up‑to‑date information throughout the installation process.
• Identify risks, delays, resource constraints and proactively address them.
• Handle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and solution‑orientedly.

Required profile

• Experience in installation services, construction, project coordination, customer service, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong planning, coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple installation projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Practical, structured approach to solving technical and organisational problems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with installers, clients and internal teams.
