Internal Logistics Department Manager

About the role

Teltonika is looking for an Internal Logistics Department Manager to lead its growing logistics team at the Vilnius production site. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of raw materials, components and finished goods across the warehouse, production lines and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and ensure the movement of materials and products between warehouse, production lines and other units.
• Lead the internal logistics team, assign tasks, and maintain discipline and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain logistics process standards such as 5S and other LEAN principles.
• Prepare and deliver proper kits for production to each work centre.
• Analyse efficiency, propose and drive process optimisation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, planning and quality departments.
• Prepare management reports on resource utilisation, task completion and KPI results.
• Participate in regular inventories, provide reports and assist in employee selection and training.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, production or warehousing (leadership experience preferred).
• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S or other process‑optimisation tools.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and warehouse‑management/ERP systems.
• Result‑oriented, responsible and proactive attitude.
• English language skills (preferred).
• Ability to plan tasks and work for a team.
