International Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Project Manager to lead cross‑functional business projects across multiple countries. You will act as the central coordinator between company leadership, internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are structured, on schedule and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end international projects, driving them from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Coordinate work across Finance, HR, IT, Operations and other relevant functions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks and trigger timely escalations.
• Organise and lead project meetings, documenting decisions and next steps.
• Provide senior management with concise status updates, highlighting progress, risks and required decisions.
• Support market‑entry activities such as establishing new entities, managing licensing and aligning external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional international projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously while maintaining strong ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
