Internship in Asset Management and Pensions

About the role

Join Luminor’s Asset Management and Pensions team in Vilnius as an intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting investment products, pension solutions, financial analysis, reporting and day‑to‑day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in asset‑management and pension‑company projects, including data collection and analysis.
• Perform administrative tasks related to pension agreements, applications and related documentation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather required inputs for project tasks.
• Manage application flow, prioritize Luminor customers, and distribute applications to advisors.
• Plan and execute personal tasks according to quality standards, budgets and Luminor values.
• Contribute proactively to departmental and organisational results.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn within an international team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
