Internship in Corporate Secretarial – Autumn/Winter 2026

About the role

Join Citco's Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department in Vilnius for a 30‑hour‑per‑week internship during the Autumn/Winter 2026 period. You will work alongside senior colleagues, supporting the preparation and execution of board and shareholder meetings for leading real‑estate and private‑equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in organizing, facilitating and taking minutes of management board and shareholder meetings.
• Coordinate with fund accounting teams, lawyers, notaries and banks to execute and deliver legal documents.
• Maintain and update client databases and ensure accurate reporting.
• Gain exposure to the operations of major real‑estate and private‑equity corporations.
• Collaborate with global Citco locations and functions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Law, Legal Studies or equivalent programme.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Energetic, proactive, team‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Eager to learn and develop within a professional environment.
