About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Smart Technology Consultant to become the face of the brand in its retail stores. You will help customers navigate the latest devices, apps and telecom services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on smartphones, wearables, cameras and other devices, as well as on apps and new technology trends.
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity problems, device malfunctions, data transfer and backup.
• Receive devices for repair, perform initial testing and coordinate further service.
• Meet sales targets and uphold customer‑service quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology and telecom market trends.
• Good understanding of network concepts (4G, 5G), roaming and device settings.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
