IT Project Coordinator – Cross-Product Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our headquarters in Vilnius. The role will drive cross‑functional projects that link multiple products across the Teltonika ecosystem, covering mobile applications and web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT, web and mobile application projects that connect various products and divisions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis and UX/UI design through development, testing and launch.
• Plan timelines, priorities and dependencies across teams and product lines.
• Select and apply the most suitable project‑management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall).
• Monitor budgets, estimates and costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Maintain a structured overview of initiatives, delivery status, risks and milestones.
• Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation actions and support incident escalations.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations for internal stakeholders, partners and customers.
• Communicate technical and project‑related topics directly with partners and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating IT, web or mobile application projects.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, UX/UI, development, testing and release.
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines and dependencies across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good English and Lithuanian spoken and written.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or MS Project.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
