IT Workplace Specialist – Vilnius

About the role

Join Devoteam Lithuania as an IT Workplace Specialist supporting the Vilnius office. You will be responsible for setting up workstations, managing network connections, provisioning hardware, and training end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee workplace issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems reported by staff.
• Maintain and perform upkeep of IT assets.
• Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor, track, and document hardware and equipment inventory.

Required profile

• Strong sense of honesty, responsibility and reliability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional attitude in challenging situations.
• Proactive, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra and M365.
• Understanding of Azure cloud workplace tools.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud‑based endpoint management solutions.
