About the role

Swedbank is looking for a Junior Specialist to join its Business Branding team. You will support marketing and communication projects for business clients, gaining hands‑on experience with digital and online campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with the marketing needs of business clients.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in communication and marketing.
• Assist in coordinating and launching advertising campaigns for business customers.
• Collect and analyse campaign results, recommending the most effective tools.
• Support project managers with technical tasks to improve campaign efficiency.
• Create textual content for newsletters, product and service descriptions, and continuously improve client communication.
• Work with one of Lithuania’s most beloved brands.

Required profile

• Higher education (or final‑year student) in marketing, communication or digital marketing.
• Experience contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
