Associate Analyst – Market Research

About the role

The Research Associate at Euromonitor supports the creation of accurate market estimates by leveraging internal data, public sources and primary research. You will work closely with forecasting specialists and local analysts to ensure data quality and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review public domain data such as national statistics, trade data and industry reports for relevance and accuracy.
• Manipulate internal Euromonitor data (price tracking, digital share of shelf) to add granularity to estimates.
• Build global and regional company profiles for use in company and brand calculations.
• Collaborate with forecasting specialists to adapt models, validate results and resolve data conflicts.
• Commission in‑country analysts for targeted primary research and oversee daily management of ICA communications.

Required profile

• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communicator, team player and comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau (advantage).
