Key Account Manager

About the role

TeleTower is looking for a Key Account Manager to own the commercial results for Lithuania. You will manage relationships with mobile operators, develop new business across non‑MNO sectors, and bring new products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with Lithuania’s mobile operators, negotiating contracts that significantly impact annual results.
• Build and expand a pipeline of non‑MNO customers such as ISPs, broadcasters, public safety, utilities, transport and private networks.
• Introduce new products, gather market requirements and feed them into the product roadmap.
• Increase the value of existing contracts through renewals, upselling, adding tenants and disciplined commercial management.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved internally.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B key account management or complex solution sales with a proven record of meeting commercial targets.
• Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, energy or utilities where contracts are complex and sales cycles are long.
• Hands‑on experience leading full contract negotiations from modelling to closing.
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and defend commercial cases based on margin.
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and English, a valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Lithuania.
