About the role

Ignitis Group is looking for a Quality Manager to join its Competence Development department. The role focuses on designing and implementing strategies that improve customer service quality and employee training across all service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the customer service quality strategy.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards through audits and checks.
• Coordinate quality research, analyse results and drive improvement initiatives.
• Create training materials and deliver workshops on service processes and high‑quality client interaction.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing service processes, products and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher education (final‑year student status is acceptable).
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, sales or related fields; experience in quality management or process improvement is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and good English proficiency.
• Strong coordination, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Power BI and data analysis.
