About the role

Join Luminor Group’s customer service team in Vilnius as a consultant in the call‑center. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them find the best banking solutions while working in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client calls and guide them toward optimal banking products and services.
• Resolve a variety of client situations, providing clear recommendations.
• Educate clients about everyday banking services and products.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and coordinate client flow for smooth operations.
• Work independently while receiving continuous team support.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales (finance sector experience is a plus).
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian; ability to serve clients in English is advantageous.
• Curious, proactive, result‑oriented and quick to learn new tasks.
• Good computer literacy and willingness to develop new technical skills.
