About the role

Join IKEA’s team in Klaipėda as a part‑time Consultant‑Planner. You will help customers enjoy a smooth ordering and pick‑up experience for IKEA furniture, especially kitchen and bedroom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the ordering process and ensure timely pick‑up of items.
• Provide advice and planning assistance for kitchen and bedroom furniture.
• Accept orders and coordinate with the logistics team for smooth delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with IKEA’s sales standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong service mindset.
• Ability to communicate with diverse customers and work positively in a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Interest in interior‑design trends.
