About the role

Join a technology company as a Contact Center Sales Representative based in Kaunas. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers solve issues and promoting a range of BITĖS services and products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Sell various BITĖS services and products, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Achieve personal, team, and company sales targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sales and sees challenges as growth opportunities.
• Goal‑oriented, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Enjoy helping people and acting as a customer “superhero”.
• Good computer skills and basic proficiency in English or Russian (preferred).
