About the role

We are seeking a Lead System Architect with deep expertise in Pega to drive the design and delivery of end‑to‑end integration solutions for a leading insurance organization. You will translate complex business requirements into robust technology architectures and guide a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive integration solutions, defining data models, integration patterns, and technology components.
• Lead client workshops to capture integration requirements and align them with technical strategies.
