Leasing Manager

About the role

Tech Zity is building the largest technology and creative industries hub in Europe. As a Leasing Manager you will drive the acquisition of new business tenants, guide them through the leasing journey, and help shape a vibrant community of startups, fast‑growing companies and international firms.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect and acquire new business clients, establishing long‑term relationships.
• Consult companies on office and workspace solutions that match their needs.
• Organise meetings, tours and presentations of Tech Zity spaces.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate the entire leasing process from first contact to contract signing.
• Collaborate with marketing, community and project teams to ensure new tenants feel part of Tech Zity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial real estate or leasing.
• Strong ability to build trust‑based relationships and enjoy working with people.
• Initiative‑driven, result‑oriented and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑managed time‑planning and prioritisation.
• Fluent Lithuanian; English proficiency is a plus.
