About the role

Join IKEA's logistics team in Klaipėda as a Logistics Department Employee. You will help ensure that products are unloaded, sorted and made available to customers efficiently every day.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and transport goods within the store premises.
• Pick and assemble customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Work a 40‑hour week on a rotating shift schedule.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Physical capacity to lift items up to 30 kg.
