Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and localisation of marketing campaigns for Luminor in Lithuania. The role sits in the Marketing Unit and works closely with product, sales and external agencies to deliver on‑budget, on‑time initiatives that support both corporate and private banking lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and launch local marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the local marketing team and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to the annual marketing budget, track YTD spend and propose adjustments.
• Adapt Pan‑Baltic campaigns for the Lithuanian market and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Maintain relationships with media, creative and social partners, overseeing reporting and performance analysis.
• Support corporate and private banking marketing initiatives by identifying suitable vendors and managing contracts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or advertising project management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective marketing solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across product, sales and agency teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Flexibility, ownership mindset and strong communication abilities.
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in Lithuanian.
